Assistant coach Aron joined the Rovers with Marcus Bowers in October 2023.

As a school boy, he progressed through the youth system at Concord Rangers and Hullbridge Sports until a bad injury halted is playing days.

Aron spent a year out of football until he returned to play Sunday league football. He jointly managed Berry FC with Marcus Bowers who led the side to league and Essex Junior Cup honours.

He then went on to be first team coach at Basildon Town in 2021 where he led the side the side to their highest ever finish to the Thurlow league after gaining promotion from the intermediate league as runners up and finished as runners up in the season after.
