Great Wakering Rovers Ladies (previously Southendian Ladies), arrive at the club with a proven pedigree of success, with 3 successive seasons of promotions and entering the 'Eastern Regions Women Football Premier League' next season.

Within the recognised FA Pyramid, the Ladies will be at Step 3 (as a comparison the Clubs 1st team are Step 4) which shows the level the Ladies have achieved.

Next Season will see us play Ryman North One with our 1st team. We have removed our reserve team, creating a Ryman U21's side which will work in tandem with the First Team to provide support. Along with our progressive Alliance set up and in conjunction with Great Wakering Colts YFC, this can only but improve the future of local football in our community, and with support from Great Wakering village we can really focus on our motto, 'The Future is Green, the Future is Youth'.
