Rovers boss Dan Trenkel signs midfielder/forward from Southend Manor

Dan Trenkel has signed ex-Rover Ben Hudson from Southend Manor. Hudson, who was injured early last season, ruling him out for the whole of the remaining fixtures for Rovers, re-signs for the club during what is an injury crisis for the Green & Whites.
Trenkel admitted today that due to the number of injuries, he was giving players the evening off of training on Thursday so that they could rest and try and recouperate in readiness for Saturday's visitors Heybridge Swifts.

Hudson, has made 77 appearances for Rovers, scoring 10 goals is a welcome addition to the Rovers attacking options. However, his previous 10 yellow cards and 1 red card in Rovers colours proves the committment he shows on the pitch but Trenkel will look to curb needless cautions going forward.

All at Rovers would like to welcome Ben back to the club.
