ROVERS FIRST TEAM RETURN FOR PRE-SEASON TRAINING

Manager Dan Trenkel admitted that he felt players lacked the same fitness as other teams towards the end of last season, so drafted in some help from the Military, in the form of ex-Rovers player Sam Lake and his all new Military Boot Camp.

The players met on a Saturday morning and were put through their paces by Sam and his army colleagues, without a football in sight.
