Rovers first team keeper Adam Seal has decided to join Maldon & Tiptree in the Ryman One North after submitting an official 7-day approach for the player.

Seal, joined Rovers at the start of the season from Southend Manor and has been an immense player between the sticks.

Rovers boss Dan Trenkel admitted "I'm disappointed that Adam didn't want to continue with us, especially after our great start to the season but I will never stand in the way of a player who wants to leave the club and ultimately doesn't want to be with us any longer. He has the potential to go far"

On a replacement he stated "I'm going to have to sign someone temporarily to feature in our upcoming games that are days away, but I am hoping I can find a top replacement on a permanent basis"
