Southend United youth midfielder Jamie Stevens has left Rovers for Blue Square South side Boreham Wood.

Steven's agent advised Rovers boss Dan Trenkel that he had organised a move for the midfielder in an effort to move him up to the highest possible standard.

Stevens played 11 games for the club (1 appearance as sub).
