Essex Senior League Cup: Clapton 1 - 1 Rovers (Rovers win 3-1 on pens)

Rovers came away from the Spotted Dog ground with a second win in the space of 4 days, albeit via penalties.

Nathan Fletcher gave away a dubious penalty in the second half but made amends with a close range header shortly after.

As the teams came in level after half time it was keeper Adam Seal who pulled off two penalty saves to give Rovers a 3-1 win.
