A consolation goal by Lewis Sparrow was not enough to put a smile on boss Dan Trenkel's face after a week in which he sought a minimum of a win and a draw against Stansted and London Bari.

Bari, who knocked Rovers out of the Essex Senior League Cup with a 3-2 win at Burroughs Park back in November, came to grab a double over Trenkel in the ESL.

Trenkel admitted "Wednesday night I was so low as we drew with a side who are having a tough season but today's loss hasn't hit me as hard as Bari are one hell of a team. Yes they've got a lot of money and they have 7 or 8 Ryman Premier players who all played really well today".
