Rovers came home from Bowers & Pitsea last night with a comfortable 3 points after a 6-1 win.
Nick Skelton scored his 2nd goal in 2 games with an early opener from a Dave Collins delivery, and although Bowers equalised, Rovers galvanised themselves after the break and scored 5 unanswered goals.
Richard Halle scored after a Dan Trenkel flick, and Collins smashed an unstoppable free kick off the post for 3-1. Halle bagged his second, beating three men before smashing home from 20 yards and then Trenkel tapped home after great work from Heale and Webb. Webb finished the scoring with a neat finish after collecting a pass from substitute Joe Skeels.
Rovers go to Barking on Saturday in their last game of the season.
