It would be the intentions of Rovers to ask the successful team to join Great Wakering Colts YFC as U14's next season allowing an understanding/ connection to occur between the existing Rovers Alliance set and Great Wakering (SDJSL closing date fast approaching!)

This season has been the 2nd season for the Alliance and the most successful in respect of player progression: -

- U15's/ U16's training with the U18's
- U16's playing for the U18's and the Clubs 2nd team
- U18's providing a significant amount of players for the 2nd team and U18's gaining 1st team caps.

The future is green the future is Youth - At ‘Rovers’ we like to relate to a statement made in the Leagues Handbook foreword.

“This League exists for the development of players at all age groups and is definitely not all about winning”
