The tough tackling midfielder joined the Rovers in November 2023.He started his senior football days in 2013 with Basildon Town where he played for four seasons and was a vital part of the team that achieved promotion from intermediate league division two to the premier division. He then had a spell at Essex Senior League side Basildon United where he achieved promotion as runners up to the Isthmian league. He played over forty games and scored nine goals.
Tom then had a spell at Isthmian league side Tilbury. He spent two seasons with them, playing over sixty games and scored sixteen goals until he returned to Basildon Town for a season. He then had a spell at East Thurrock United where he played over fifty games before rejoining Tilbury and then returned to Basildon Town in 2023.
He is a box to box midfielder who has good mobility and is focused on both defending and attacking.
