Having previously been attached to Southend United, the Palestinian international signed with Billericay Town in the mid 2000s. He would initially feature at youth level and was loaned out to various teams to gain first team football experience. In 2021, he made is debut for Billericay and spent more time out on temporary deals and soon departed for Hashtag United in 2022.

He didn't make an appearance for the tags but made appearances for the u23 side and would head out on loan to Frenford and White Ensign.

Luis signed for the Rovers in the summer of 2023, he is a very promising young goalkeeper, an excellent shot stopper with great reactions and is a good addition to the squad.
