Rovers bow out of the FA Vase

Rovers were defeated by a solitary goal at home to Hullbridge Sports in the Third Round Proper of the FA Vase, signalling an end to this season's main FA competitions.

Despite a bright opening 15 -20 minutes Rovers struggled to break down a well organised and battling Hullbridge side who were playing in the biggest game of their club history. The winning goal came in the 49th minute by Rory Clarke.
